uClibc is not currently in Debian as not all files in the source distribution have proper copyright and licence notices. As I have sufficient trust that it is indeed legal to distribute and use this software despite that, you can get (mostly) current packages from this server for the time being; this page also tracks the efforts to get the package back into Debian proper.
The following APT source entries make uclibc available on your system:

0.9.28.3 is packaged and compiled for some architectures.
